Update on final project

Finishing my final design for the computer mouse box. Its going to have a futuristic look to it. the box will be 6 sided and have sides which fall outward when the top is removed. The company i chose for the packaging is Razor. Because Razer produces high performance mouse for gaming and such, it is befitting that the package looks very contemporary and futuristic.

Poster Art

My event I have chosen is Netherworld Haunted House. I plan to design 3 posters, 1 of which I will submit as my finished project. Here is the first draft of the first poster. I will submit updates when I finish them.

Personal Logo Update

Still a work in progress, doing the final touches on my personal logo project. Working on refining some things discussed in the critiques such as empty space, colors, line types, ect. Overall pleased with the designs though.

This one i might play with some more brushes and see what i can get as well as position the N and S to make it more 3D.

Logos, Icons for a reason

After much scanning through Google images i have come up with 3 well done logos as well as a not so thought out logo.
This first logo is from a golf club named spartan. This logo is clever, easy on the eyes, and just classy enough to represent a buisness such as a gold club

This next logo i chose because its a good example of keeping it simple yet classy. The BMW logo is very simple yet still effective. Every time I see this logo on a car i know exactly what i'm looking at since its so different from many of the other car company logos that tend to start looking very similar. Different is good.

This last of the good logos is both iconic and effective. The Coca Cola logo is recognizable all over the world and will long outlive you or me.

Lastly we have a logo that fails on many levels. All i will say though is that when i first saw it I thought it was a Pacman gagging on a white dot. Hawks could use a new logo, maybe they will win more.
